Teambuilding in Pattaya is an extremely experienced Corporate Events Orgnisation, run under the Sail in Asia destination management company with Mike Downard at the helm.

Mike is a sailing and dragon boat trainer and an Outdoor Education specialist teacher with over 25 years in the industry. He has the knowledge and know how to galvanise teams from all walks of life into action, keeping everyone on task, working hard and most of all enjoying the whole experience. Your Company's employees will walk away with fond and exciting memories whilst forming new bonds with each other which carry over into the workplace, increasing productivity and team morale. With Mike spearheading your events you have an experienced and enthusiastic leader co-ordinating the activities, whatever the size of the Regatta or Corporate Event.

Originally based in Phuket we have now spread our net to cover Pattaya and Bangkok and have run community events, charity fundraisers, International and Corporate Regattas and Team Building events for overseas clients across Thailand. We run Sailing schools for both professional and amateur yachtsmen from all corners of the world, teaching basic skills up to the highest qualifications required within the industry. We have also established the Phuket Dragon Boat Club which is which is Free to all Phuketians and now entirely under the control of Club members who strive to encourage both locals and tourists to experience the thrill of participating in this fast growing sport.

The Phuket Dragon Boat Club is new and intended to promote dragonboating in Phuket at no or very low cost. The club has been formed by local Phuketians under our guidance, community based with free membership to all.
